great concept but needs a LOT of work. Don't know who is gonna go for the paid membership in the state the site is in.

Hmm, maybe your email service has blacklisted the mailserver soggy biscuit uses (it happens quite often, especially if a site appears "spammish"). I used mailinator.net (free email with no registration, it's awesome for stuff like this where you only want one email from them, ever) and it showed up right away.
