Finally got my first video done!
It's kind of all over the place, but I'm still learning.
Decided to get into cock hero gay editing cause we desperately need new content

So, this video contains:

Would you have the same feelings if this were a straight CH video under the same name? In that case, those who prefer gay content wouldn't sexually identify with it.

In my opinion, the sexual leanings of the video are irrelevant. Someone could google Daft Punk and inadvertently find this video. Using a copyrighted/trademarked name in your video title is just in bad taste. And it might annoy someone into legal action that might otherwise not.

It would just end up as a DMCA takedown if anything. As long as the service hosting the content complies (and they always do) it would end there. Even the brutal and ruthless music industry doesn't pursue legal action beyond DMCA unless it's a flagrant abuse that is costing them a lot of money (see recent Twitch.tv drama and surrounding circumstances).
