Hey Spack, thank you for opening this thread! Because I was looking for the same.

I've tried sometimes to ruin my orgasm and keep jerking, but for some reason, I am not able to do it.
I will try Slave24's suggested webtease, and see if I am brave enough to ruin.

Also, I always have the feeling that, somehow, it is not healthy to reach the orgasm and leave the cum drip. Other times, what worries me is that I feel the orgasm but nothing leaks... And I get a bit afraid of clogging the prostate or something...
