just curious but do people actually do the number of strokes specified, it seams like alot. unless you not ment to complete the teases

Depends entirely on how the creator makes the tease. They should ideally make you want to do that amount. Give it a reason.

'Do 100 strokes' and the next page being 'do 150 strokes' is likely to wear out fast!

Some people are more sensitive than others. So while a handfull of strokes might be enough to tip over the edge for one person, it's not even a warmup for others.

This is especially true for those who practice control over multiple edges, tease after tease.

Try to find your own balance.


I find if I'm calm, I can follow along pretty well.
But if I'm excited (which is when I usually want to do a tease), then I might push too far too early.

I was actually wondering about the same thing about edges - like in the tournaments and the games, as well as in the teases.
