I have a general question about your experiences at Spankbang. I don't want to write directly to them ... yet ... because I am hoping to stay under their radar. How experienced are you with SB? Have you ever undergone their take-down procedure? Am I undergoing it now? I can't tell.

So, the narrative. My account at Spankbang is currently unable to send outgoing messages to any other SB user, or to post anything under a video as a "comment," and all the videos which I had recently uploaded there disappeared. These problems started while I was uploading a large number of small videos (some of my own attempts at making video-compilations and some of the HypnoTits series which are discussed here viewtopic.php?f=25&t=20660) plus one bigger one. I had succeeded in posting about 10 of the smaller videos, some of them from HypnoTits, and then I was trying to post a larger 1.5 GB thing (IIRC it was "Cock Hero Trip to Goa" but it might have been another). I finally waited out the big slow long boring upload, hoorah, whew, thought it was finally done, but instead I got a "user not authorized" or similar message, and the problems began. Immediately, ALL my uploaded videos disappeared, not just the big one, and the no-commenting situation started. From SB no message saying anything about having violated rules or about anything being removed has arrived for me, neither internally at SB nor at the authorized email address associated with my SB account (yeah yeah not in the Spam folder, yeah yeah I looked). In the interim before the problems I had heard via SB from one other user (named zarathustra123 at SB) that he had seen and appreciated some of the smaller videos, before they disappeared, so I know they were working briefly.

At first I just guessed that this was an anti-piracy take-down action by Spankbang but now I'm not so sure. They didn't tell me I was naughty, and they removed some things that I can claim to have copyright over, but they also removed those HypnoTits things that are NOT owned by me. It's possible it's a take-down or it's a glitch.

My question is, does anyone know how SB handles take-downs (when they do them on purpose, not just accidentally)? Is my experience consistent with an anti-piracy take-down or is my experience consistent with a glitch? Does SB send the user a notice, do they cancel the user's commenting rights, etc.? Or, does this sound more like a glitch and therefore I'm kind-of free to go ahead and ask SB tech-help about the problem? And then re-load the HypnoTits things some time later?

Not sure ... sorry to belabor the point, and thanks for any suggestions. I don't want to ruin my user-name there by re-uploading something they would take-down, nor by calling attention to anything they hadn't noticed but would take-down if they did notice. (I guess, in the long run the worst that can happen is I abandon that user-name and create a new one, no big deal ...)

I can only say that they took down my first upload of sleek3 after a few weeks due to a takedown request/copyright.
Reuploaded and put it on private which worked fine and it's still up, also the other ones which are not on private.

At first i expected them to also take the rest down, but that did'nt happen yet. Also never got any message from them about the takedown.

I think its most likely that their moderation system is buggy or just badly written, or maybe you used a node/proxy which got blacklisted by them

A while ago, I uploaded a video to get the downloading option unlocked by uploading the CH video with the actual title and it was removed due to copyrights but recently, I uploaded two video with just a random tile/name and it has been up for almost two months and the other for about a week. So, I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it?

I think Spankbang has become more aggressive with their copyright takedowns ever since their userbase expanded due to the Pornhub fiasco. I don't really have much evidence other than my own anecdotal experience, but that's what I've seen.

My only takedown from them was long before the PH blowup. But when they did take the video down, all I noticed was a notification letting me know that a video had been taken down for DMCA reasons, and that the video disappeared from my list. I haven't dare reuploading it since then. All my others are serving just fine.

What you are describing sounds like a shadow-ban, but SB hasn't been known for that. I would recommend that anything like a CH video be posted to a second username, emails are easy to come by, primary accounts with good history are not. I wouldn't give the description above, just contact them and tell them you are having problems with PM's, comments, and uploading. You might also check to see if you have problems in another browser.

try Waterfox (classic not the g3 version), chrome, and firefox and log out/in if you haven't already. see if the problems exist on all platforms. Waterfox Classic still has access to a lot of older internet methodology that have been blocked in newer browsers, i find some sites that don't work right on the new browsers.

I had been uploading compilations that I'd DL'd from PH on an ongoing basis, post-purge. Grabbed a handful of VersusVerse videos and some other quick-cut compilations that were booted off PH, also WHCH 1, and after about 3 months of putting up 1-3 a week, and downloading a bunch myself for the archives...I was served with a "Your account has been suspended for violating our TOS" on a login attempt.

The videos are still up. Still accessible by username. I just can't login. If it was a takedown from a content creator, that's fine - it's their work, it's their right. But I'm not too thrilled to get the boot while SB can keep gaining clicks and so on from those same uploads.

Whatever. Tubeoffline works fine for my purposes and I don't need to keep signing up for sites.

They took down my Female Pleasure series sometime during the last year (I didn't check my account for a long time). I know that IFM is quite aggressive nowadays with their takedowns, so it's understandable that SB got hit. Maybe SB itself has become more sensitive, as it seems many sites during the last half a year or so.

Yeah, stuff is def looking buggy. Not sure if that's the ONLY issue but it's certainly one of them.

See, this thing, you both got notifications. I didn't get a notification of anything at all ever from SB. (And throwawayacct's point is pretty galling, that SB is contradicting themselves -- we dislike these videos enough to give you detriment due to them, but we don't dislike these videos enough to stop giving ourselves benefit thanks to them.)

They banned my account for several copyright infringement. Before that they removed at least 5 of my uploads.
If i search for my account it's still there, but i can't access it by logging into it.

I was warned before they nuked me.

How do you upload a video as private? I looked everywhere but cannot find this option.
