Slowing down Chi (fuck) machine

Hello :)
well long time ago i read that someone build a fucking machine using a Chi machine. I did the same but have to say that i just used the motor with the travo and the control unit with the board. Then i used some bearings, some four-square wood and printed some parts with my 3d printer and voila i have my fucking machine and it costs me about 70€. It has a stroke about 14 cm and I used it like this for 1 year now buuuut there is one thing i dont like: Its too fast. Yes, right, too fast normally isnt the problem but with the control unit of the chi machine i can set speed 1 to 10 but speed 1 is already 3-4 bps. Im an mechanical engineer but im not familiar with electrical engineering and dont know how i can adjust the board to get a slower motor, because i find 0 information online about this board/machine etc. ...Mayber someone have a idea to find out how i can slow it down? I will thank you ;) Here is a pictures of the board:
1. full view, left the control unit, in front the plug, right side the transformator and the motor
2. motor, PMD-071060-004 - cant find anything about this cheap china thingy
3. - 6. some detailed pictures
