Hey Milovana,

Will be having a little competition for any interested.

Requirements

• CH Round between 3-10 minutes
  Separate beat track
  No beat meter - I'll make them for cohesiveness.
  1080p+ source material

Rules

• Only two Double/Tripletimes may be used. Totaling no more than 50 seconds.

Please discuss any other rules or requirements you'd like to see added to keep it fair.

Deadline - 04/16/21
I'm shooting for a May 1st release.

Winners

Entries will be released in a Game format which will play each round randomly. Players will than have two weeks to play through and choose their winners. After winners have been chosen a Full Cock Hero will be released with the rounds edited together in the order they placed.

I can't talk for everyone, but for me I could contribute, but decide not to until there is more clarification.

Like mentioned before, If you do any rewards, at least make it in crypto.

You need to specify more precisely what you want. Put up a sample round so we can see what you are looking for. If you just want to make a cock hero that is cobbled together from random rounds, just make one form the many PMV's out there.

Also specify if you want a SC or HC project. And preferably don't mix the two. The longer I have been in this community it seems that it is split down the middle on this one. Some enjoy 2hrs of dancing girls, and some enjoy full on action from minute one. Neither of these camps are satisfied at the same time.

Last point: Instead of putting limits on what beat pattern is to be used, instead coordinate the rounds in regards to intensity, so some are easy and some are hard.

I don't really mess with crypto. Sorry if that automatically excludes anyone.

For any who this doesn't exclude. I'm not looking for anything specific. Just a round you think would have the best chance at successfully getting the player to lose. Basically a Reward Round or Final Round whatever you want to call it.

Content would be the creators choice except for the stuff that should go without saying. That requires a disclaimer if you include it.

I don't actually share your pov between sc and hc viewers. I think people that enjoy hc can also enjoy and are even just as likely to lose to a well made sc round. It's more about the song choice and your beat progression. That's why the limit on use of doubletime because if not anyone would be able to just make the entire round doubletime and the player wouldn't have a chance.

This would actually be the opposite of what I'm going for. You're viewing it more as a full ch. When first it will be released as a game. I would have to see the rounds first to see what ideas I get. Or I could just have one of my characters simply introduce each round and play as sort of the hostess of the battle. The idea is each round will come up randomly so would have to be able to stand on its own. RnG will determine the rest. Which is why players will be given a couple weeks to play through before having to choose a winner. It's a format I use in a lot of my releases because it adds to replay ability. Since even if it is the same 10 rounds you're never going to be sure the order they will come up.

I have several questions.

This is not going to be a traditional release, and will require your proprietary software to play?

Will I be able to download the videos a la carte? Will they be available on streaming websites?

Initially I was planning to release this as a game. This way each creator would be given the same chance in the play order. So for instance the first play through the player will have no items and will just have to play each round in the order determined by RnG. After the initial play through the player will be able to trade the tribute energy they earned, determined by how long they lasted, for items. Common items I use are shift stones (skip round), and ctrl spheres (hands free, break). This way on their future play throughs they can skip rounds they've seen or take breaks on hard parts. I believe this is fair because even if your round is skipped doesn't mean they won't vote for you after, just that they already know they will lose if they play it again. But I am open to suggestions if this seems rigged.

After the initial voting ended I was planning to upload an edited version with all the rounds together. But I'm not opposed to uploading them separate. I will not be uploading these to any sites under my control. So once the competition is over that's for you guys to decide.

The website requires no installation of any software, it's all done with web tech.

Interesting I'll have to check it out sometime. Based on your description you might want to you might want to start on a stand alone version if you're not already. Lag will always be an issue. Especially with ch's just a few seconds can start to make them unplayable.

Again not trying to discourage you but lag will be a problem again. A ch is made up of the beat, beat meter, video, and music. Which all must be in sync. You might be able to get away with video being out of sync here and there. But the second the beat is out of sync to the music it will become unplayable. And there's really not a lot to be gained by this. Like the replayability isn't going to increase just to play the same round with a different beat pattern. And not sure what beat detection software you're using but I've tested some of the best and in the end you only really get metronome type beats which are boring to play. Or these complex beat patterns which are impossible to play.

Again not trying to discourage you just sharing some of my experience. And what I've found is that no amount of automation will ever be able to replace the creativity and ingenuity of the creator that does the work for themselves.
