Haven't seen this site, nor have I joined, but it does seem to be very similar to the indecisive teasing images site from a few years back. It started out as a user generated yahoo group but then went commercial. Some of the material on the yahoo group was top notch.
Anyhoo the webtease preview looks identical...
Personally I love captioned images, and miss the free old days.

I think it's the same people. To me, there are too many similarities for it not to be. And, in fact, now that I look at one of the images on the second page of samples (Mistress with the tawes)...I recognize that captioned image from Indecisive.

Why would you pay for captioned pictures when you can get them for free right here?

I joined another site by the same people (MK's World of Teasing and Denial) and found it lacking compared to the Indecisive/Femdom/Sissy etc. caption sites.

I spoke incorrectly.
The image I recognize came from MK World.
I must have liked it because I downloaded it sometime back, and I ran across it was I was looking through some old images for the tease on which I am working.
MK World is marked directly on the image.
