Why is there a question about one's sex, if only females should vote?
The results show, that severals males voted two. Is there a way to generate separated results for each sex?
Further it's not exactly clear, what it means, if a male fills out the form. Does he choose, how he would prefer to get punished or how he wants his (male) sub to be punished.
You should probably make this clearer either by removing the questions about one's sex or by broadening the scope and distinguishing between male/female doms and subs.
To get something form this poll, you should at least produce separated results for males and females.

A) you can see the results by looking at the results page :P

B) there is a question about gender because boys never listen and vote annyway ...this way I can see it :D

C) you are right that is confusing if I make a new poll I will keep that in mind.

D) I do get personal results of each vote + the blanks they might have filled in.
