zerooo, there are tons of resources for learning about Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies online. I'll refer you to a video that I found helpful for beginners:
https://youtu.be/41JCpzvnn_0
I do own several cryptos, and while I see them more as long-term investments and ways primarily to decentralize my assets, there are many ways you can use crypto for payments. Including exchanges that issue credit cards that debit out of your crypto assets on the exchange. There are also many online businesses that are accepting BTC and other coins as payment, and the number is growing.
Crypto is pretty volatile though, so know that keeping any significant amount of money in crypto for the purpose of buying/selling could have an impact on the value of your wallet at any time as the prices rise and fall.
Do your own research before getting into it.

Cryptocurrency trading is a complex cryptocurrency asset management process that includes many trading strategies. It is at
https://safetrading.today/blog/cryptocurrency-trading/ that the price growth of a cryptocurrency, such as bitcoin, suffers. I personally use the strategies of this site. I recommend it to everyone.

I own bitcoin and several other cryptos as a
speculative means of (hopefully) building more long term wealth, but I'm well aware that I could lose all the money I've invested in it.
Bitcoin itself is not really meant as a means of paying for stuff in daily life. It's more meant as a type of gold where you store and accumulate wealth for the long term. Other cryptos are designed more specifically for efficient daily use, but none are really widespread yet. As they become more mainstream you'll be able to add them to services like paypal and use them as another form of payment.
Like others have suggested, the best thing to do is get educated.
A couple youtube channels I really like are
Jrny Crypto:

Jason Pizzino:

Altcoin Daily:

Look over some of their introductory/getting started videos.
hope that helps
