Hi
This is just a post to see how many people are intressted in hypnosis
I really want to get into it and my fun but it's hard if your dont know how to really start
So I wanted to ask for tips for me and other who might need them maybe even a dom intrested to try hypnosis on somone~
Hey, I'm excited for you. Hypno is a core kink of mine, so I'm a little biased as I say "yeah get into it!"
Reading through the thread above, lemme reinforce a few things in support of what others have said:
- Hypnosis isn't "magic," it's more of a collaborative experience between two minds, yours and the tist. Think of it like a shared experience. You start out feeling like you're playing into it, then gradually your experience of hypnosis becomes more automatic to where a greater power exchange experience takes place as the tist is leveraging your automatic responses. Just go with it, let it happen, and you'll get there quickly with some practice.
- HFOs: baby steps, but you can get there. I think some of the rhetoric around HFO's is a little toxic on the internet, because people who either don't have much comfort with hypnosis or who don't have much body-awareness of their orgasms try one file, it "doesn't work" and they give up. Gotta be patient, think of it as a fun experience/cool thing to try out, and don't put too much pressure on yourself to "succeed". A hypnotic file with HFO will build you up to it gradually, and there are different styles/approaches that are worth trying out if a particular file doesn't work. Shibby's great, but there's plenty of different takes on it and Shibby might not be the right one for you. But before trying for HFO's I would spend some time getting comfortable with trance states in general so that you're able to have a relaxed and focused mindset going in.
- There's more to life than HFO's. Try files that give you other bodily experiences, like out of body experiences, body transformation, tingles, orgasm restriction/chastity, new body parts, paralysis, hot/cold sensations, etc. Hypno is a fun way to experiment with different ways to perceive your body.
- Actual physical transformations: If changing your habits, your diet, or your mindset can effect a particular change on your body, then yeah hypno can change your body. A fitness file can help you find motivation to work out, for example. If you sleep better, you'll get stronger, maybe even a little taller due to your spine being in better shape. Hypno can help with all these things.
- Can hypnosis make your penis longer/give you horse balls? Hell no. Can hypnosis make you feel like your average 5 inch dick is actually huge and twice as sensitive, highly sought after by your preferred type of sexual partner? Hell yes! Can it make you completely convinced that you have a huge pair of horse balls, so big they're clunking around low on your thighs and hairy as hell? Sure! The amount that your perception can be warped, all the way up to hallucinating experiences that are totally not there, is a matter of practice and patience. It's not really about "believing" the files "work" as much as knowing you have gotten to an ability level where you can suspend disbelief further than the average person thinks possible.
As to recommendations, I can't recommend highly enough Nikki Fatale's
Because series to a beginner. Repeated listening of each file in the series until you've really absorbed the contents and feel like your responses to the triggers are becoming more automatic, is an awesome way to get started. I think I have an easier time with some more challenging content because I took that approach. If NF isn't your flavor there are other tists out there who have a progressive series approach. Do your research and look for tists that are emphasizing their hypnotic technique and who have robust offerings of files for beginners. There are some people who say they're doing hypno or tag "hypno" in their file, but unless it starts with a pretty significant induction it's probably not good beginner material.
Lastly--if you can, I highly recommend you pay for the files. There's a lot of free/sample content to get you started, but this isn't like a high grossing business for the hypnodommes. There are a few with big patreons, but those are the exception, and with IC and state taxes being what they are, you know less about their income than you think.
