I just ordered one of these. Its' shaped more like an Aneros but appears to have a better connector pin angle that the Zeus.

Edit: Just got this in the mail and use it on DLP's track for Supermassive's Blueberry Vortex. I like this toy but the connectors are in a sub-optimal spot if you're siting on it. It's easy to make a pair of right angle adapters with a couple of inches of CR tubing, a little wire and heat shrink tubing.

I have something very similar, mystim twisting tom or not sure what is the name, and the conductive area is very small.

My go-to setup became either anal hook, or a plug not much different than this one, but most important detail is the other electrode, for which I 3d-printed a soap-shaped holder with small hooks that you can use to attach with i.e. rubbers to anal plug and balls, so that the sticky pad on perineum remains in place. Adding some pressure there can also make sensations rather interesting. And then, I also started using 2 boxes so one is dedicated to prostate (common), with second channel connecting to penis plug (nothing extreme, 3-4 cm and 4-6mm diameter) so I have other box for glans/shaft/balls setup.
