Maybe you should first refrain from touching and when you manage to deny you for a long enough time, then you can start with some light teasing and only when you can endure that without coming, you can start and try edging.

You could use reminders and put them next to the screen or you could listen to hypnosis to reinforce the thoughts of staying chaste.

Some of my teases incorporate mental chastity if dont dont have a cage. You can do that.

Well i can relate to you im currently not locked in chastity but i am in denial and have been for over a month
the key is not to touch yourself for 2 weeks at least just dont touch or even think of touching or watching porn thats how i did it
once you feel like now you have acheived something then you will start to love the feeling of heavy balls and you will not think about cumming instead u woud want to see how long can you go without cumming just dont touch or think of any thing that arouses u after that start slow maybe 1min of stroking every week then slowly increase the frequency and speed but dont edge.
