How about you put a 10 pieces of paper in a hat or container of your choice. On 8 pieces of paper write "not yet" and on 2 pieces write "cum". Then pick one tease here on the site that you enjoy (or a few) and at the end of each tease you draw one piece of paper. If it tells you "not yet" you must do another tease without cumming.
