It does have some long timers, a 4 hour timer.

True, Most people work more than four hours,
but, a few don't.
I picked four because I figured it was long enough that it would
fit in well with a work scedule, there is a button after, so if its longer,
that's okay.

I have 8 hour shifts, generally.
