I would appreciate an option to turn off the automatic ambient color background, combined with an API function to set it to a fixed color. (I guess it could also be a new action with color selector.)

Reasons:

• It can be flashy and jarring if consecutive pictures have a vastly different palette. (e.g. a face close-up) Especially when the pictures change quickly.
• Firefox on Android is actually very slow with calculating the histogram and it's noticable.
• It would allow for a consistent color theme for certain rooms or models or situations in a tease.
