It's actually genius. A free, painless, and temporary way to see what you look like as a cross-dresser/trans.

It's fun to play with, same as faceapp. Sadly completely unrealistic, but I guess that is what filters are for.

Yeah, these change slightly the shape of your face, your skin color, and unless you're going to undergo surgery or something like that, it'll be difficult to reach something as perfect as the result of that filter.
Although that may just be me or some other people; if you're confident in your ability to reach what you can see on the screen when applying that filter, it may be worth a try!
