While I don't know your answer, this thread might be able to help. I've found a bunch of really obscure images and they've been able to find answers for all of them.

I think I found the model/photographer of your image.
Seems to me it is Vladlena by Maxim Romanov:

The watermark seems to have been removed from your image.

Don't get me wrong, it wasn't my intention to blame anyone for removing the watermark or anything. I was thinking more on the line of: It would have been easier to find with the watermark. I usually appreciate photos including a little, unobtrusive watermark - makes it a lot easier to find more of the same.
