Personally, I don't consider this an orgasm. At some point cum has to get out, some people get wet dreams, for me it happens exactly like you describe. I do not even have to be at edge, it can be enough to just get hard and stroke for a bit.

For a ruined orgasm the contractions start. If it is perfect they start after you stopped touching the cock and you can try to fight them down, but you always feel that point where they start. If I have been masturbating to the point of overstimulation I sometimes feel close to nothing with these orgasms and am very frustrated afterwards, but there is still a short period of the cock being a bit over sensitive.
