Nyx - No tease ID given

I can't seem to save the tease I'm working on anymore.
Error Message:
- Spoiler: show
- Your request could not be processed, because there was a problem accessing this particular tease. The exact error was: No tease ID given
If you need help please write a post in the forums under "Technical Support", but please don't forget to quote the full error message.
The tease should be: #41742 - Succubus Hunter
Any ideas?

Please try again now - this may have been the same issue as what was preventing new teases from being created.
