cbt technique - a sock with an object in it

Maybe this is a very stupid question but...
Some teases about ballbusting include strange objects (for me) - a long sock and an apple or baseball inside him. But nowhere i can found more detailed description of this. How do you use this? You just slighty swing it from body and it returns due to gravity? Or do you do it with more force? Or do you rotate this whole 360 degrees until this hits you from the bottom up? Or does it hit from the top down? Or maybe is it a hit from the side?
What is the distance between your hand and the object (an apple)?
Do you fix the cock with the other hand?
For me this technique is very inconvenient and i can't get the right result, especially in comparison with slaps and punches. Maybe there is a video or you can explain it for me.

While I agree that this method can be more awkward and tricky to pull-off than slaps and punches, it can also be rewarding and has the potential to provide heavier, more solid hits than just your hand.
Here are some thoughts:
- For the sock, I use the longest one I can and one made out of thin material. This will give you the highest degree of control over it.
- Where I tend to hold the sock depends on what I'm trying to achieve. If I need quick, repetitive hits I hold it close to the baseball. If I'm going for more spaced-out heavy hits I'll hold it farther away so as to provide more momentum to the object (i.e., a harder hit).
- The direction that you are swinging it from will also depend. If I'm aiming for a single testicle I will generally swing from the left or the right. If I'm going for both on a light-medium hit I'll swing from above my balls. If I'm going for a hard hit I will swing from below as the underside of my balls are more sensitive.
- How to achieve the desired force: I've tried a few different methods. The best I've found is to use a single swing to really slingshot the object into your balls. Swinging the sock around several times to build up momentum is also possible, but I find that it reduces the accuracy of the hit and the extra time it takes to wind up again can be tedious if you are going for a longer series of strikes. Gravity is also valid, but usually only for lighter hits. You will need to provide most of the velocity by manually swinging it.
- I will often use my off-hand to hold my dick out of the way. It's not always necessary but it helps a lot.
- What object to use: I've tried apples, oranges, billiard balls, baseballs, softballs. I've had the most success with baseballs. They are a uniform shape which increases accuracy. They are generally lighter in weight than the others and so it's easier to reach higher velocities with them with less fatigue. They are quite firm which increases the intensity of the hit. I think they are the ideal object to use.
I hope that helps. I'd rate this method of BB at a 6/10. In terms of intensity and strength of the hit it's a 9/10. But it falls short in accuracy at a 3/10 and convenience at a 4/10. I do still enjoy it though and always follow such instructions as they appear within the tease. I highly reccomend you keep trying and you'll likely figure out a method that works well for you.

I've tried this method as well, and I do enjoy it, but it's too painful for me if I have a long swing so I have a very short swing and hold it relatively close to the ball. I use a tennis ball, which I suppose is smaller than a baseball but is the same size as an apple I'd say. My accuracy is terrible, I always hit a single testicle instead of both, which is way more painful and not what I intended

But I do enjoy it.
Do you happen to have any other ballbusting techniques? Don't have to be related to this
