Random click generator (metronome)

Is there any software out there than can generate a click track that can preferably be output as an MP3 or similar? I'm really hoping for something a bit configurable as a stroking click track with faster/slower parts, breaks and other patterns?
(I know I'm probably asking for the world!)

this save as .wav but then search on google .wav to .mp3 converter online (or somthing similar)

fair amount of customization, but perhaps not specifically what you're after ;)
