I'm not sure how well this will work unfortunately. I don't masturbate much anyway - about once a week at most, and I've been fine going a few weeks without masturbating - apart from yesterday I hadn't masturbated for three weeks.

Have you tried audio erotica before? Changing from a visual medium to an audio one could be a good thing to try.
Go to Gonewildaudio on reddit and find a few audios there that you like the look of, then if the aim is to get horny, you could simply play them with headphones while you were doing other mundane things around the house.

Something like this is very psychological. So not making an effort to achieve it, but simply exposing yourself to it whilst not trying could be just the thing you need.

Or worse case, you get to listen to some hot audios while you are getting housework done anyway.

How about don't come when you masturbate?
Edge a few times, then lock up.

Not consuming any erotic media for a prolonged time might work as well, if you got numb to porn.
