Pain in the balls

I have long wondered why, after 3-4 days of orgasm denial, the balls start to hurt, why is this happening?

It probably is blue balls, if it really bothers you, cumming will remove the pain. But I honestly think that the pain is hot.

U mean edge and deny?
Its bc blood gets trapped in there during "arousal" and only drains at ejac. U should cum as soon as it hurts or u can eventually do dmg. It seems some people get it in 1day and others can go a wk.
Anyway, the practice can cause an addiction response in the brain if u keep regularly doing it as long as u can. Id bet if/when is individual too.
If it DOES happen its pretty miserable to reset. Can couple w porn addiction, which can REALLY f u over.
