Im not sure there is anything you can do, but ever time I tried to highlight the text for the video, it advanced the text and I couldn't copy it. Did that twice, then it moved to a different set of text.

really enjoyed the first part!
Love the creativity and ideas, as I really enjoy new types of CBT, which aren't too extreme!
Only thing which - in my own personal view - could be better:
- Spoiler: show
- I thought the timers were a little too long in between, especially when there is no stroking involved or so. Some chapters could be useful, too, but that's just me!
Great job overall, looking forward to part II, when will that be :)?
