launch of chat

Dear Milovana
I have problems launching the chat.
I get disconnected when I try. It has been that for some time.
Can anybody in technical support help me with this problem.

I have the same problem. It asks for a login, then when I use my credentials, it disconnects and starts again

The "official" chat has not been working for some time

I am unsure if you need an invite to this chat.
I would love it if this was the new 'official' chat.. but not sure about all the difficulties of linking/ ect.
I hve pormoted chat for a very long time.. and will continue to do so!
hopefully things will get fix/ stratinted out.
