Public Humiliation shared on instagram

My Girlfriend and I share a fully public instagram account where she takes pictures and videos of me in as few clothes as possible...and those few clothes being sissy girly clothes
She wants it to spread as far as possible, with the humiliating intention of people I know accidentally seeing it
Any ideas how to do so
