I'm struggling to get a page to work the way I intend in Eos.

the actions I have on it are:

Image
Audio
Asymmetric Timer (image)
Asymmetric Timer (image)
Asymmetric Timer (go to page2)
Say
Choice (go to page3/4)

I need the choice button to work for all the timers. The issue being that the choice button does not go to page 3 or 4 after the first timer is finished to change the image. However if the choice is entered before the first timer is completed, the choice works fine. Is this a bug or something I am doing wrong?

Not a bug. When an asymmetric timer ends, no further actions on the original page are carried out. One way to do what you want is with additional pages, like this:

Page1
Image
Audio
Asymmetric Timer (Go to Page2A)
Asymmetric Timer (Go to Page2B)
Asymmetric Timer (Go to Page2C)
Say
Go to Page1B

Page1B
Choice (Go to Page 3 / Page 4)

Page2A
Image
Go to Page1B

Page2B
Image
Go to Page1B

Page2C
(all your original page2 actions)
Go to Page1B

(You may need to move the Say to Page1B, depending on what you want.)
