A lot of Cock Hero videos seem to end with you being told to cum to a series of women getting facials. I get that this is a porn industry standard, something of a "coda" that defines many genres, but it feels like a lack of imagination to me. CH videos are defined by the unique touch of the creator, so why do many creators default to something we see in almost *every single* porn video?

Beyond that though, I just prefer to orgasm while watching something with more "action." A lot of these facial shots are more focused on the dick, while the women are just passively sitting there (oftentimes not seeming to enjoy it, which is pretty understandable TBH). I suppose it might be tricky to distinguish the "cum" portion of a CH video from the rest without using a series of facials?

At any rate, I realize a lot of this is subjective...perhaps I'm in the minority here.

Just my opinion, but I think that pretty much is the reasoning. Which, admittedly, isn't very good reasoning.. since a lot of CH videos end each round with cumshots/facials as well. Maybe a better overall reason is that facials are just easier to visually portray and associate with cumming.

Yea, that does make sense. This is probably a more specific preference of mine, which is for videos that do a slow buildup with lots of softcore/teasing and then use the fast beats/hardcore stuff very sparingly. That gives you room to build toward an action-packed climax and have it actually feel different from the rest of the video, instead of just "okay, now here's anal scene #23."

I think Cock Hero Scratch is still my all-time favorite, with the slower buildup to the intense 11:27-14:10 portion...but alas it goes into the cumshot/facial stuff right after that

My perspective might be a bit different than most having some sissy tendencies, but the whole facial thing is kind of a turnoff for me. I don't really enjoy giving them (I'd rather cum on like any other part of their body tbh), and I don't like receiving them either (I'd rather just take it straight down the throat or somewhere else). My favorite endings usually involve cumming on tits or just a straight joi with a countdown. POV can be really good as well when done right. Agreed on JOI and countdowns. And yeah, I definitely appreciate when the video has a narrative that focuses on a small number of "characters." It adds a lot of anticipation and excitement right out of the gate for me.

I think a facial finish works well, because it makes it easy to put yourself into the picture and cum.

I've been working on gently introducing my wife to a few of my vices, including Cock Hero. Facials are not my favorite but they are an absolute dealbreaker for her.
