Totally this.
When I write my teases, I play them for testing and enjoy them.
Then about 6 months back I replayed my series...and had completely forgotten large chunks. I was genuinely surprised at some of the things I made myself do
Write the perfect tease for yourself, sit on it for a year, and it'll be new.
