20 does mean your no longer a teenager.... My 21st was kinda lame. It ended up falling on Yom Kippur so it was kinda hard to go out drinking....but then again I had been drinking since I got to college to it really wasn't a big deal..... Heck I remember buying beer for friends of mine who were older than me before we turned 21 and that was without an ID. I just looked older....

Legal drinking age:
below 18% alcohol -> 16 years
above 18% alcohol -> 18 years

Driving licencem- > 18 years

Drugs using
Soft drugs -> 18 years (like marihuana)
Hard drugs -> never (like cocaine and heroine)

Drugs making
soft drugs -> never
Hard drugs -> never

Never enough votes to completely legalise soft-drugs. And never enough votes to completely abandon soft-drugs.

I've often thought they should change the drinking age...

16 - Drive a car, now being able to kill mass amounts of people

18 - Vote and get drafted...

21- Now you can drink.

So we give you 5 years to take driving for granted so when you start drinking in earnest you'll go ahead and be stupid and drive....If the order were reversed or altered I thinik you'd get less drunk drivers... <shrug>

I'm with you Wanker Alex, though I have him beat, I'm 41. Can't do the things I used to do, but if you practice everyday it helps...use it or lose it! Enjoy 20 while you can, cause it is all downhill from there.
