Thanks for letting me in to this site.
I have developed a program that can start VLC with E-stim Audio.
If someone is interested in this program then it can be downloaded for free.

How is your solution different from what has already been proposed? Is the source code available? Personally, I would not recommend anyone running any software that has not gone through some vetting process.

The Source code can be send for vetting process. I do not know any that can do this.
Program is very simple and I can not see any program from your link that can do just this.
The program only start VLC with parameters and i have only seen this been described in this On Video Forum.
But i think it was so complicated to do that I created this simple program.
It was only created for testing purposes but now I only use this to start VLC.
Will you do the vetting process for me. Or is it better if I try to publiced it on github wtih Source code.

GitHub is a good place to store the source code if you don't mind sharing it (and other people using it to build over it). It can also be used to distribute your .EXE file. Labeling the whole project sets it in stone (so the sources and the executable goes hand in hand) for a specific version of your app.
As for myself, I can look into the sources (and will out of curiosity), but I cannot do the full circle test up to comparing the executables (provided vs. generated) because I'm using UNIX. However, members having the stim hardware can perhaps do the check themselves before using your app.

Now I have created version 2 of CHPlayer. This version now support 2 Audio devices.
Who whant to try it. I hope for some feed back.

"Setup_CHPlayerV2.msi" is missing in V2.0.13 zip file, there is only "setup.exe".

I have not tried it yet but I have a usb sound card and can't wait to try this.

I will get a ton of use out of this.
If you have not tried Bryci's revenge or Estim Tower in Guide me, I highly recommend it.
It takes a little setup but well worth it!
