Found a website with nice soundfiles. Would be nice to have them on a mp3 player. Is there anybody who managed to download them?

Shouldn't be a problem ... Just open the page ... Click on the Play triangle (same as a video player)
Sound file will play ... Use a simple sound recorder app ... I use a Mac so Quicktime is very easy to use.
I'm not great on PC's but I'm sure there are loads of free sound recorders available.
(Sucked from the inside out is very good)
Have Fun

It's a bit technical, but if you enable 'developer tools' in your browser and then click the 'network' tab, you can see all connections and links being loaded. Load page, click play, then look at URLS to find the sound file. You can then either paste that URL in your browser. This might offer a save option. If it does not then try a download tool like curl or wget.

For example the second sound file was https://feeds.soundcloud.com/stream/325 ... ideout.mp3

Details on how to do this:
  • goto the web page
  • Hit F12 on your keyboard (hold FN and hit F12 on some HP computers)
  • goto network tab
  • Click on the word "Media"
  • Go back to webpage and click play on a file
  • Go back to the developer tools window and You should see a long string of letters under the word "Name" that wasn't there before
  • Right click this and open in new tab and it should download
  • if it doesn't auto download either hit the download button or click on the 3 dots and hit download (depending on your browser)

Thanks for flushing out the details. My instructions were a bit 'vague' (to be polite). ;-)
