I've recently noticed that a lot of accounts are getting deactivated... so sad

So at first they deleted a lot of legal real accounts cause tumblr did a automated purge of bot accounts and child porn accounts, however it cast to broad a net and took down a ton of extra accounts as well. i guess they decided instead of fine comb the the thing that purged accounts it was easier for them to just ban porn and nsfw accounts instead.

I wish this user commented his questions here instead of asking me in a private message not cause i'm like how dare you message me kind of person but so there would be more group talk instead of one on one. but to copy what i told him if you watch someone on tumblr and want to hopefully see more of them after the stuff gets banned on the 17th.
If you want to follow specific users on tumblr you could ask them and say that tumblr is banning porn if there going to move to twitter or blogspot or another site that you could follow them instead on.

I often use the gooninator and am worried about tumblr's future. Maybe there is an easy way to auto download and save images. They say the SFW-only rule starts on the 17th.

The only thing TeaseAI, fapinstructor, and other programs need to do is to alter their program to load pictures/gifs/videos from a local folder, and then create a program that downloads all pics from various tumblr feeds to that folder. Or use the word-press option to download the tumblr feed.

It will cause the programs to not be able to receive new pictures, since tumblr will basically be down, but they could probably link videos to pornhub or some other porn site.

Well that's a shock, found a lot of good blogs there. RIP Tumblr I guess.

Try http://www.zark.be/software/TumblRipper.htm A few users are doing it now or have done it. Most of my 5000 captions are already gone, even tho many were within their stated 'guidelines'. The Tumblr algorithms suck.
At least I can still view/save them privately. For now.
