I haven't tried any of these yet, so I don't know how good they are, but the ones I know of are:
Easy Blowjob Trainer
Medium Blowjob Trainer

A user by the name of
cockgod has some blowjob themed teases that might work too.

Some of these are pretty good, Easy and Medium Blowjob trainer and Edge or Suck definitely look very interesting. Can't wait to give them a go. Thanks!
