E-Stim Buying Advice

I'm searching for a sound based E-Stim device with which I can play the dedicated webteases. Any recommendations?
You can find a lot talking about devices in the thread from the tower tease... I would recommend to take the time to read all the pages, there is a lot good feedback from people with different devices.
