Hello everyone, I've been working on a sex machine for a while now, and I'd like to post something here to show what I made, and hopefully get some feedback from you all!

My goal at this moment is to create an open-source fucking machine that can be controlled like the Fleshlight Launch, so you can sync it with videos and get a more realistic experience than the repetitive movements. I have some experience in electrical and mechanical engineering, so I started this project to see what I could make.

My main requirements for this machine were:

• Relatively affordable (<500 usd)

• Silent

• Powerful

• Modular

After doing some 3D CAD design, and thinking about different ways to achieve linear motion, I finally decided to use a v-slot aluminium frame driven by a belt. The first revision looks like this:



All mechanical parts were ordered from https://openbuildspartstore.com, and the heart of this whole machine is a Clearpath motor, which is basically a powerful servo motor with integrated encoder and drivers. I can drive this motor like a stepper motor, except its incredibly powerful, silent and very accurate in positioning. The digital brain is a simple Arduino Uno, with a screw terminal shield. This Arduino has some very simple firmware that tells the motor what to do, and it also has a serial port connection to a computer. You can also connect simple knobs to the Arduino to turn it into a regular fucking machine.

In that video you can see I also 3D printed a mount so its a bit easier mounting a dildo or whatever to it. Right now I am 3D printing a mount which works well for a fleshlight (and a dildo).

I have successfully used this machine as a fucking machine, and even when the electric motor is torque limited to 20%, it has more than enough power to effortlessly push a dildo in my untrained butt.

Right now I am looking for a place where I can post all the parts so people can build one themselves, and I'm also waiting a little until Scriptplayer has support for USB serial devices, so I can sync this machine to just about anything.

Also I am working on improving the ergonomics, right now it's very 'prototype-y' but it works perfectly. I was thinking of mounting the whole system in a box so it can be placed in all sorts of orientations, and the box will dampen the sound even more. Right now > 50% of the sound generated is the ribbed belt rubbing on the idler pulley, but it's only when it's moving really fast.

Agree, very nice execution. I headed down a similar path using an 18v motor from a cordless drill, but I like your motor better as it has the controller included! Nicely done, can't wait to build one of these units.

Nice work! How about creating a project on github.com, where you can also store the source code?

I am especially interested in the part number for the motor, since that was a problem on a similar project I made. As for holding a FleshLight, I found a suitable pipeholder with M8 threading that worked nicely. But the motor was not powerful enough to drive it...

Oh, awesome, here is my take on the idea using a linear actuator: I used a belt driven closed loop stepper motor to drive the thing and it has a max travel of 10" Still need some sort of stand and the electronics need housing.

My budget was similarly about £500

This sort of drive would ordinarily be very expensive but there are a lot of ex-factory units on eBay, so as long as you are willing to hunt around you can do it fairly cheaply.

You can basically control it using anything if you hook it up the right way and write the right code for it

Everyone that is wanting to build an automated machine for exotic activities may want to research these sites!

I have a similar servo and intend to use it for the pump drive of a V2k diaphragm.
I would like my receiver to move to Cock Hero's beats! For sure no cheating after that!

There is currently a device called the OSR2 that has had hardware and software created that is open source and can be modified fairly easily for the Arduino platform. There are at least 6 video players that now support outputting the necessary time and speed codes to run it from funscripts.

With some of the key metrics being compact size, low weight, position based control.

I imagine it being more or less motor agnostic so if you have cash for closed loop servo you can have that, but if not you can use a simple stepper.
