You should be able to get linked to the html version of a flash tease directly when clicking on the tease here in Milovana. I think that many people dont know that the player even exists when its only shown in the forum. What do you think?

I definitely agree. The creator of Nyx, the flashtease editor, is currently working on a HTML version. Though, I'm still unaware when it will be released.
