How to find a strict, but discrete Online Mistress?

Hello,
I'm wondering whether someone has ideas or experience about finding a good online Mistress:
I look for a Mistress who sends me one or two assignments per week tailored around my interests. She should check that the assignments have been completed and come up with punishments if I didn't do a good job.
I am happy to pay for this service, but I don't like 'financial domination'. I would like to remain anonymous, i.e. I don't want to show my face.
