How can I help?
Have it loaded in BitTorrent and it says no resources.

The download works in peer-to-peer.
Basically, it works like this :

• Man A have some files on his computer and to share them

• He creates a torrent with this files that allows other people to download the files

• To download the files, Man A must allow his client to use the the bandwith for uploading purposes (which is called seeding)

• After that, there is theorically two people with the same file and they both can seed files with the same torrent

• Then, if Man C want to download this files too, he will be downloading them from Man A AND Man B if they are both seeding

So basically, if no one seeds, no one can download theses files anymore.
The solutions for this issue are simple :
Either people who downloaded them begin seeding it, depending on how much people are seeding it can take for ages to download it if only one seeds since the upload speed is very slow compared to download speed.
Either using a server whose sole purpose is to distribute theses files. The download speed will then be great but of course renting a server costs money

Most of the time you just copy and paste the files and folders anyway. So tags are quite useful
