Nyx images not uploading

Images don't seem to be uploading with nyx right now, getting the following errors:
[IOErrorEvent type="ioError" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2 text="Error #2038"]
[HTTPStatusEvent type="httpStatus" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2 status=500 redirected=false responseURL=null]
Images seem to be uploading fine with normal teases however, so I'm not exactly sure what's wrong.
