CH videos stolen, watermarked, reuploaded as own on PornHub

PornHub user "daddyscubanita" has been batch uploading a few (a lot) of Cock Hero videos that they did not make. Please report the channel and/or videos. Not sure if they will be removed, since, I and most likely you, are not the creators of any used footage in these videos. (You are most likely, if anything, the creator of the whole video/montage, but do not "own" the footage)

Before you posted this I was doing some thinking of not uploading Summer ULTRA to pornhub one is the way it scales down the video and two because of people like this, thats flat out bullshit.

Hmm.. it might be considered a scummy move, and I'm not telling anyone how to react - but looking at her profile, she seems to be organising some "live events" around Cock Heros, whatever that means.. maybe the uploads are for supporting that. (Having the videos in one centralized location, or whatever.)
Watermarking is of course a weird thing to do, but at least she didn't edit out - for example - the starting credits from "Flux I", so, if she's actually trying to claim them as her own, she's doing a terrible job...
Not that many views on her copies, no-one is actually losing any money (can you even monetize on PH as a creator?), and the possibility of some good intent behind the act .. feel free to try to take her down, but I'd try to figure out what they're up to first, messing up someone's live events over some silly watermark sounds a bit counterproductive on all fronts... :)
But anyhoo, I'm not actually involved, so I should probably just chill myself ... :)

While frustrating, for sure, I don't think cock hero creators have a moral (or legal) leg to stand on here. Almost universally, creators use content without approval. Some even cover up studio watermarks with their own to lessen chances of copyright take-down notice. So at best, creators can only present their creations as 'copyright-free' 'mash-ups' for others to do whatever they want with. To do otherwise would be hypocritical.

Sorry about what's happened. You could still "lay claim" to your own creations by uploading them to Pornhub under your preferred user-name, and stating that they're by you, if that's important to you. Can't really figure why you'd care enough ...
I often noticed that PMVs, initiated by one creator, would come back around as Cock Hero videos by another creator. I could never really follow the trajectory definitively, to be able to prove which one had taken precedence over the other, but I always had my suspicions. This is yet another aspect of the re-purposing of art ...

I think a number of SirDerriere's started that way. He used NinjaDave's PMV work I believe.

I think my biggest annoyance with this is how it pollutes the recently uploaded search for Cock Hero vids.

I got my Cock Hero Dance Party watermarked and re-uploaded to pornhub under the CHTV (Cock Hero Television) channel, but I don't mind it. I reached more people because of this. I actually find it flattering, because it seems that the owner only uploads popular titles.

This is interesting. Not so much that a woman (18? Ha!) has a fetish for watching lots of guys wank themselves off (I don't believe it for a second) but that she hasn't dropped the inevitable monetisation bullshit yet. She does have a passworded off "Members'" section which I'm trying to find out more about buuuuuuuut I really wouldn't be surprised if that's where the gives me da moniez shit happens.
There's not a lot any of you can do about it, except get riled up if you feel like doing so unfortunately. It's certainly not the first time this has happened but with all sauces being plagiarism (artistic theft of course!) nobody has a leg to stand on. Besides, I feel the CH community is so fractured and disorganised by this point that it's hard to keep track of what's what with genuine posts at the best of times. Is the original site even still being maintained any more??
And I'm having a hard time finding torrent seeds, which sucks because these tube sites destroy quality and I can guarantee that's where this chubby, cheeky lady got the videos from originally. Unless she found her bf's pr0n folder and didn't blow her top (for once).
Someone needs to turn up for the next event ready to party. I'll put a big fat wager on that she reveals all then. Money is all that life is about after all. If not, then my faith in GOTIS will go through the roof.

Yeah I tried to post on her message board over at pornhub but she has that on lock, I would love to fuck around with her virtual circle jerk and ask her about her select choice of cock hero videos she watermarked and if she could steal me one.
