You know... I gotta say when I found out this stuff existed I laughed for a good 5 minutes straight...

Then I watched one on yp, and was intrigued. When I found this forum I got hooked... and how you bastards have me wanting to create one myself! FFS! As if I need another side project...

I personally have found that I love the fantasy / story / (taunting) based CH vids way more than the other vanilla stuff that's basically a glorified PMV with beatmeter. And on that line... I have some ideas I'd love to see implemented... and to my chagrin, zero time to do it.

Oh well... maybe some day. My personal struggle, should I find the time, will be picking music... I'm not a huge music fan, esp the music that works the best with the CH vids... I can kibitz and provide testing on music choice that another curates , but I have no real talent in that department to speak of.

And on that note, I'd like to offer my services to any CH author out there who would like English proofreading ( I realize that for many it's not a first language ), as I've been increasingly distracted by the spelling and grammar mistakes. Yes, I know... I'm a grammar nazi... but I'm trying to be constructive about it :)

I personally welcome any help with proofreading since writing in english is still challenging for me.
(btw. desertfox helped me a lot with correcting mistakes in my past projects)

Now I've learned to write and correct everything in MS Word and then paste it to my projects which helps a LOT.
It doesn't deal with every mistake and overall weirdness and low quality of my text, so every help would be appreciated.

Now I'm working on text for my next video and in spare time I'm writing a story based sci-fi tease. I have about 8 thousands words so far, which might not seem like a lot for a native speaker, but for me it is a huge achievement.

Having someone who would, at some point, go through and check for mistakes or even helped as a co-author would be amazing.

Welcome! I went through the same process a couple years ago. Now I can't imagine a world without Cock Hero.

The music selection was my biggest concern going into my first video. I've found Spotify to be an essential tool for building a CH playlist. Start by browsing for existing playlists, then as you hear music that you think could work for a CH, add it to a custom playlist of your own. As you do this, Spotify will learn what you like and begin feeding you new music through a custom "Discover Weekly" playlist. Play through it every week and add any songs you like. Before you know it, you'll have dozens of songs to choose from and you can select the ones that work best in your production.

PS: For me, it was like a revelation, like "Wow! This is fun! I never thought about that!". I already had some video editing interest, but the concept of using actual porn NEVER even crossed my mind.

I have to admit that I can't really look at regular porn now.

If it's on CH, then I play custom video playlist with the sound off, alongside a music playlist of good beats and rhythms in Spotify. There's very few porn videos that are hot enough to do it for me on their own, anymore. CH ruined me in that regard, but I'm not complaining.

Yeah, I agree. What is with the humiliation stuff? That's maybe 1% of the population as a fetish (not knocking it just putting into context). In general, guys want a strong women who takes charge and does playful fun stuff to drive us crazy. It's really simple: flirting, teasing, building mutual desire and excitement. If you dig deeper, it's really about managing dopamine and brain chemistry. CH videos basically want to provide a surrogate (or ideally complement) for that. I think the best CH could/would be played by a couple as a teasing endurance game.

Absolutely. It's about the tease, having fun and games, not about humiliation and pain, at least for me.

I also don't like role play and fantasy. Porn is what it is, and for me, I don't like when it pretends to be something else.

Same on every count. Being called a loser might work for a select few, and more power to them, but it's never been my thing.
