Hey guys,

I haven't been so active around here lately and was wondering what I've missed in the last year or so? Can anyone recommend me some of the best releases of the last year?

I think the Island series was the last I saw, and no offence to the creator but it wasn't really my bag.. just felt like I lot of long scenes thrown in here and there, and I'm more a fan of the cut and edit types. I think Blue Magic was my last real fave, and of course I did see Inferno Canto 1 which was great. Anything else to catch up on? Thanks in advance!

I think that is already a thing for porn films. But yeah I think the trophy should look like some kind of golden cock. Maybe gold for 1st place, silver for 2nd, and bronze for 3rd. Maybe 2nd and 3rd will be less erect cocks than 1st.

I think blondie88 should consider watching the island series again. You can see a lot of quality editing and time went into that series. I'm fairly new to this genre and I can't speak to my favorites for this year but my all time favorites are the Island series, New Game+, Canto I, and cock hero Revolution.

Yeah the tight editing work of the Island series is one of its strong points. Actually so much different sources and different girls are blended into these videos, than the creator can even put in several easter eggs and nobody can manage to find them!
I don't usually like these types of rounds with fast edits, but Required is one of the few who can make it work really well.
Maybe you were more talking about the boss rounds though, admittedly I usually skip those.

Ok, correct me if I'm wrong (it has been a while since I played it), but although the animated graphics of Island were very cool, to me, it felt like the creator had taken an entire scene and pasted it into the video, then another 3 or 4 minute scene and pasted that into the video.... and so on.. which to me seemed as though there was very little editing going on at all, unlike other cock hero's where there is a cut every few seconds... like i said, correct me if I'm wrong.. and over an hour of this seemed a little stale to me, like just watching regular porn. I also didn't really dig the choice of women... but like i said, i wasn't trying to be offensive and I'm only going into detail because i was asked. I'm just more a fan of the quick cuts.

And I did only try the first couple, and it was a while ago.... so my memory might be a little hazy

There are some boss rounds like that, but most of the Island scenes are cut similarly to other Cock Hero videos. I made a "best of" video called Cock Hero Island 4: The Getaway to showcase the most skillfully-edited and hottest scenes from Required's recent 7-hour epic. The first round starts 90 seconds in if you want a quick sample of the editing.

Thanks for the shoutout, zoltan! I gotta say blondie88, if you like quick cuts and a solidly edited Cock Hero, I would recommend zoltan's Revolution 3rd Mix. Though my personal favorite is his 2nd Mix. That Tove Lo round gets me every time.

You're not wrong, and everyone's entitled to their own opinion. The Island series is very popular with people who love giant monster tits. It's a popular fetish, but if it's not your thing (and it's not mine), then it won't resonate very strongly with you. You can tell Required1 put a shit ton of work into thematic editing (6+ hours for Cock Hero IV is insane), but if you're not into the bazooka booby girls, then the epic boss battles that are few and far between will just feel like normal porn scenes. Required1 curated some good porn and I really appreciate his work. But I can also recognize that it's not a Cock Hero for me.

I think that's why it's great that there's a big community for this. Different people like different things, after all.

Is there any way someone could compile a list of cock hero videos released in 2017, and we could vote on them? Choose a top 10 for the year, then vote on our favorite round from each. Maybe someone could then edit the 10 rounds together from the 10th place winner to the 1st place winner and post it as Milovana's top 10 cock hero rounds of 2017.

It should be noted that this is just an idea and I am currently not skilled at video editing. Lol
