Webtease Images

Sorry if this is a repeat but want to check if we are allowed to use any images on Webteases or if there are certain rules online?
How does it work, do we credit the website they come from or the photographer/agency?
Or is that needed?
Don't want to get anyone in trouble copyright wise so checking before i build my master piece!
