Where did cock heroes start?

Anyone know who made the first one and when? I've looked through this forum's history, but haven't found anything conclusive.

I remember the first time I played Cock Hero Match 1. It was just 10 minutes or less, but I could make it.
I thought it was such an amazing idea. Years after, I had to create my own, as many others.
But that first Cock Hero vid was special, even with the low quality. Love it.

Cock Hero has been traced as far back as Ancient Egypt. For example, the Hieroglyphics on this long wall mural contain masturbation rhythms. Presumably there would be slaves accompanying with live music.
Of course we've come a long way since then

Low bitrate man. Can you imagine the download time, having to wait for the slave to paint the next panel? So frustrating.

Does anyone have an updated link for a decent version of the lalaland originals? (Best I could find was 570x372...)
