Replacing the footage is actually a lot of work... its 50 % of the job at least.
And there is no copyright so I am ok with it as long as he mention that he used the beat track and beatbar from somebody else.

If reusing the audio and the beat bar reduces the work involved then I'm all for it.
Less work means people can either spend the extra time in the scene selection/plot and making a higher quality production. Or they can just produce more CH. Either way I'm happy.
I might feel differently if the original creator objects to the reuse, or if we ended up with half a dozen CH using the same track.
