For those of you who don't follow that other rather long and technical thread, here is a short summary of what's going on.

ScriptPlayer is a Video-Player designed for playing CockHero / FapHero videos with electronic sex-toys. With the help of some other part time pervs from the internet the original scope for this hobby project has long been surpassed.

Really excited to try this out...got a Broadcom Bluetooth dongle with BLE mode and it finds my Launch without a problem in Windows 10. However when I load a script and a video, the video starts playing but the Launch does nothing. When I initially opened Scriptplayer it did not prompt for access to BLE, so I uninstalled it and reinstalled using Admin mode, still no joy. Any ideas where the hiccup might be? Thanks!!!!

Run the "System Information" application, and in the "System Summary", make sure the version says "10.0.15063 Build 15063". If it's a number lower than 15063, that means ScriptPlayer won't work for you with the Launch. Note that some machines (like certain Microsoft Surface models) may not have automatically updated to the Creators update yet. It could also be that your machine has updates turned off, in which case you can check for the creators update at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/ins ... ors-update.

Hi DrDropper,

When you install ScriptPlayer with the setup, the setup should take care of BLE permissons.
When you enable the heatmap (hidden settings panel on the right, section "debug") do you see colored sections or does it stay black?

Working on updating Windows 10 to the most current build atm...will post when its done and whether or not the issue persists. Thanks for the replies thus far!

Ok Windows update completed. Now I can connect to the Launch via the "Connect Launch Directly" option under Devices. The side bar commands do indeed control the device now. However, the video/scripts do not work. If I use the File -> Open Video or File -> Open Script command on the CockHero Levels 3.1.funscript file or the CockHero Levels 3.1 video file (both are located in same folder), the video starts up but no commands are sent to the Launch. Any ideas?

What do you see when you enable the Heatmap (after loading both the video and the script)?

Nothing changes when I put a checkmark in the "Show Heat Map" box. I dont see anything different on the screen...whether I use Open Script or Open Video...the video starts playing and no commands are sent to the Launch.

Then there is something going wrong while loading the script.
Which one are you using? Could you open it up in notepad and post a screenshot? Maybe it got damaged somehow.

Here's what it looks like. I attached the beginning and the end of the .funscript file as I downloaded it from github, it was too big to post one single screenshot when opened in notepad. Hopefully this helps narrow down the issue. Thanks!

Looks like you downloaded the webpage hosting the json file, not the json file itself.

When you get to a page that looks like

You'll want to click on the "Raw" Button there, then right-click on the page, and choose "save page as".

There's some other options on hosting these files that we're discussing now that should make this easier. :)

Oh ... yes, qDot is absolutely right. What you have there is the script AND the entire HTML of the page. I'll add a hint to the ScriptPlayer wiki.

This is really fantastic! Do you have an idea of when the script creation tool (VideoSync?) will be ready? I'd love to help by making some scripts.

To be honest it might be a while.
I can use it just fine to sync CockHero/FapHero videos with a good beatbar, but that's just because I by now know all the (undocumented) Keyboard-shortcuts, commands and un-labeled buttons but for anyone else it would be anightmare to use.

Also I have yet to implement some easy ways to manually create scripts.
If there are any videos (with good beatbars) that you would like to see added, in the meantime you can just request them here and I'll try to add them if possible (by backlog is a couple of dozens of videos long, but I have no particular order in which I work on them)
