Sorry, I didnt actually answer your question but I dont know enough about your figure to say. I mean, would that belt with those shoes make you look taller or would those pleats emphasise your belly?
These are all thing that need to be taken into consideration when choosing clothes.

Try this: go to a nice expensive ladies wear shop and ask for help
with your outfit from the first salesperson you see (preferably sales Lady)
and see how that goes.
