Bugged classic tease editor; pixelated pictures

Hey guys, I have 2 problems with classic tease editor.
First:
As you can see, the editor can't fit the picture and makes that weird extension in the bottom right corner. I really don't have time to resize all used pictures, mainly because I already deleted them. If there's any other way to fix it, please tell me.
Second:
Despite selecting the highest quality source pictures, the editor makes them pixelated anyway... what can I do about it ?
